Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been opened or used. Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Due to the nature of our beauty serums, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at care@hymeys.com or call us at +92 304 9772200 within 14 days of receiving your order. Could you please provide your order number and the reason for your return? Our team will guide you through the return process and will provide you with the return address.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend that you securely package the product to avoid damage during the return process.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned product in our store. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount. This fee helps cover the costs of processing and handling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping cost and provide you with a replacement or full refund if the product is confirmed to be defective.

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

International Orders

Please note that international returns are accepted under the same terms and conditions as domestic returns. However, please be aware that the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and customs duties.
